our group's progress

As you can see, at the bottom is our simple main idea for the project. It shows clearly how things relate to each other. If you can  see last blog post it explains and talks about the things on our draft poster. This is just one of the simple created example that shows how we are doing and how it is gonna basically look like. (Remember this is just draft design)

God's love →  walk with spirit →  grace given to us →  filipino worth dying for?/forgiveness and trust →  friendship between two or more pupil →  stop talk out loud for justice.

All Things Relate

In this world, everything relates and are somehow similar. From a very shallow length of sight, it may not look like it. However, when we see them from deeper point of view, we are enabled to see a connection.

Like how the attributes of God is related to how the Holy Spirit works in us and all those amazing and exciting things that we humans cannot describe with letters, words, nor language.  

There are relations and similarities in our topics too. I will name our WV topics and in somehow try to relate them together.

God's love for us is just humongous. It is impossible to be measured, sized by humans nor any other type of living thing. God's love draws us closer and closer to Him. His love teaches us to walk in the Spirit(light). As we walk with Him, we will unravel the way of how the Holy Spirit wants us to act. As we walk further with Holy Spirit, eventually He will lead us to where we are able to receive grace - grace that we can simply say out loud, but also something that comes from deep within our hearts.

As soon as we receive our grace, we will be happy; dancing around and singing to him. We will be willing to forgive others and even die for others too. Like a quote " Is Filipino worth dying for?" - Ninoy Aquino. These two abilities will create a deeper friendship and as friendship grows on, we will fight for what is right - being able to come out front and say what you really think and feel.

felinsha's biography

Felinsha

Felinsha arrived at SF when she was 4/5 years old. She came across this school because her eldest sister was one of the first students here in Springfield. Naturally, she followed her to Springfield. However, when she was 8 years old, she left Springfield and moved to Australia where she attended Rehoboth Christian College. Back in 2012, her family made the decision to come back to Indonesia and attended Springfield once again. In Springfield, Felinsha is known as the helper. Her friends says that she is a fun and loving person to be around, gives good advices when they are in need of help. They also say that she loves to sing as one of her talents includes having a good voice. However, people may not want to work with her as she is very organized and would like things to get done before time. 

Felinsha has been a serious student ever since she was small because she takes her education seriously. She doesn't like failing any of her subjects. She's really passionate in music and so therefore, her favourite subject is music. She's very passionate when she sing praise and worship songs for God.She loves to serve God at church by being in the youth praise and worship team. 

She has won several awards/medals for sports competition and also for KUMON amongst other things. She says that she will never be able to give up her family as they are her rock and has been there for her during tough situations. She says that she spends a lot of her time on her laptop and listening to music. 

Topics We've Learnt

Semester 1- 2

Attributes of God, it is what God is like. Wisdom,love,  Infinitude, sovereignty, holiness, trinity, omniscience and faithfulness.

Conflict, it is the constant spiritual battle inside our minds - to choose or not to choose. The mind which our hearts have between jesus-like minds, and devil’s mind.

Bullying, although we aren't the bravest person, coming out loud and speaking what is true and from heart is important treating others equally.

Holy spirit, Holy spirit is the the third of trinity: Father, Son and Holy spirit. He is equal in every way with Father and the Son.

Walking in the spirit, If we are walking with somebody we will naturally have interaction so, walking with the spirit is having interaction thus, acting like the holy spirit as we feel his existence.

How god works in us, God stays to guide us and care for us. When we are able to open our heart and mind towards him, then God will be able to work in us

C.Dave's biography

Christopher Dave

      

    Christopher Dave, he have been in Springfield since he was in primary 3, which was in very young age. He knew about SF from his mother's friend. He were known from his friend as very handsome(?)and funny.

     It was sure he had a lot of talents; basketball was one and also study he said, which looked bit sarcasm. He was also great joker, he made his friends and classmates laugh a lot at his jokes. His friend said that he liked to play with girls and also. 

     His last school was Gandhi school. He mostly liked to study about things like biology. Spiritually he wanted to know more and was interested about things and facts about revelation. He felt excitement helping friends to solve problems. He was passionate only in things which involved physical actions. He enjoys hanging out with his friends like at weekend and he mostly talked about things like girls haha. As he loves hanging out in mall, we could find him in malls like taman anggrek. 

     He said he was being serious from two days ago, which was 28th of january. I was not sure about whether he was serious or not. As he were grown up in Indonesia, he didn't really have got any medallions nor medals until now. Things important for him was his life and his family. He wanted to be remembered as a good friend and close friend of one.

Celine 

She arrived springfield when she just found out there is a school really near to her house and she likes arts 

One of her favourite job when there is a problem is when she wants to finish problem which is talking about it really quick so there won't be any grudge between her and her friends. her past school is in global nusantara and she really liked her swimming subject.

 she is really passionate when it comes to praising God with great songs, it excites her when she heard about charity and when she can contribute her stuffs to the poor and she is really passionate when she studies science because she doesn't like maths as she cant stop talking about it because she is really interested to the upcoming topics.

when she has her spare time, people can find her in my house or the malls near you, she likes to spend almost all of her weekend with her friends and her Sunday afternoon with her family. then she became really serious when she jumps in to grade 9 because her reports will be seen by the university that she will apply. She grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia and she is still here. two of her favourite activites that she is crazy about is soccer and floor hockey. She doesn't like any nonprofits because she don't find it interesting and won a medal when she became her class mascot in grade 2 wearing a superhero costume and it would be impossible for her to give up her dreams and threw away her time to achieve it

For sometimes, she feels that sometimes people don't really wanna work with her because she was too carefree about the on-going project and she wanted to be remembered as a brave girl and to inspire people about what she will be in the future. lastly, she likes to tell people that she is a crazy shopper and she really likes to eat and try new foods. also, her exciting memories about the past.
